Multi-level deck

Madame Voumard wanted to reconfigure her existing deck at her new semi-inground pool. First, we had to update the ramps because they no longer met the standards of the Building Code. Then, we built a bar section to allow Madame Voumard to comfortably welcome her guests.

We have created a staircase that connects the old section to the new one. Since the width of the steps brought a Arabic side, we designed a huge flower box in the center to balance the design.

The deck surrounding the pool has been designed to provide access for people who have difficulty walking. Despite the elevation of the terrain, we had to plan a minimum of steps. So we made several steps.

This treated wood deck measures 34’-10’’x28’’. We installed a Joistguard membrane to protect the structure. The bottom finish of the pool deck was done according to the existing model, the boards and slats were installed vertically.
